SHIPPING ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS:

If you need to make changes to the shipping address after placing your order, we advise contacting our customer service team immediately. They will assist you in determining if the shipping address can be modified. If your order has not been shipped, we will make every effort to update the address for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, we may NOT be able to make any changes.
 

DELIVERY TIME:

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or weather conditions may affect the actual delivery time.

ABOUT SIZES:

it's important to take accurate measurements of your body. Here are some general guidelines on how to measure yourself for a basic size reference if you need it.

  1. Chest/Bust: Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest or bust, under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.

  2. Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist, typically around the belly button area. Keep the measuring tape comfortably snug around your waist.

  3. Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips, usually around the widest area of your buttocks. Ensure the measuring tape is parallel to the ground.

  4. Inseam: For pants or leggings, measure from the crotch down to your desired pant length. You can measure along the inside of your leg.

  5. Sleeve Length: If you need to measure sleeve length, start at the center of the back of your neck and measure down to your wrist. Make sure your arm is slightly bent when measuring.

*Then you will locate the size that corresponds to your measurements.
